The Kyoto distllery was founded in 2016 and is Japan’s first dedicated gin distillery. The flagship Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin won the International Wine and Spirits Competition Trophy for Best Contemporary Gin in 2018, whilst the distillery was awarded a Trophy as International Gin Producer of the Year.
- The Ki No Bi contains 11 botanicals including yuzu, sansho pepper and ginger, grouped by flavour into what they call the 6 Elements, which are macerated and distilled seperately, before being blended together with Fushimi water. (45.7% ABV)
- The Ki No Bi Sei, a powered-up version of our classic, with higher alcohol strength and a greater concentration of the same 11 botanicals. Awarded a Gold Outstanding in the Gin & Tonic category of the IWSC 2018. (54.5% ABV)
- The Ki No Tea, a unique expression bursting with intense aromas and depth of the flavour from the finest tencha and gyokuro, grown in the Uji region of Kyoto. (45.1% ABV)
