The third edition in this Hibiki Blossom Harmony series. The Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 and 2022 brought more of the same well-balanced, perfectly crafted whisky, but with a twist – the blenders at Suntory gave Hibiki liquid a Sakura cask finish, allowing us to explore their fine craftsmanship from a completely new angle.
For the new 2023 release, they have taken the same approach and, as expected, it’s smooth, gentle and moreish, with the fragrant floral tones, acacia honey, sakura mochi and the famous creaminess of Hibiki whisky!
