Yes, two ester hunters at the same time! Whilst we look to showcase a wide variety of what esters can be, no distillery is more synonymous with high phenolic rum than this one, and no mark is more known than DOK. With between 1500 and 1600 gr/hlpa esters this one is about every flavour you can think of. Jamaica’s wild child, tamed just enough to bottle. Full of overripe fruit, glue-sniffing glee, and tropical chaos whilst staying drinkable.
