Dailluaine has been on our radar for a while now. Waxiness is something we love in whisky and this distillate surely provides it. This particular cask also happened to burst of fresh apple and pear notes and showed a lot of maturity for its age. Very close to other favourites like Clynelish and Deanston. As 99.9% of all Dailuaine disappears in blends, were happy to save this jewel for you to try. A prime example of the power of a high quality bourbon cask.
