It’s a triple distilled single malt (very unusual in Scotland), which was matured in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon from 27th May 1998 to September 2015. The 17 year old whisky was then specially selected and bottled for La Maison du Whisky with an outturn of 667 bottles.
