The Amrut distillery was founded in 1948 as Amrut Laboratories. Established by Shri J N Radhakrishna, the company started blending and bottling various alcoholic beverages.
Unpeated Amrut distilled in 2014 before maturing in single PX Sherry cask #4683. Amrut is a single malt made from Indian barely and distilled under the shadow of the Himalayas.
Bottled in February 2018.
